Volkstub Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing Volkstub. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer you transparent and fair return, refund, and warranty policies for your peace of mind.
1. Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with all original packaging and accessories, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@volkstub.com. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns must be authorized by us before sending any items back.

Return Shipping: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as further instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@volkstub.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), items damaged due to misuse, or items not in original condition. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@volkstub.com.
7. Warranty Policy
We are proud to offer a comprehensive warranty for your peace of mind:
- 24-month warranty applies to hot tubs used for private (domestic) purposes.
- 12-month warranty applies to hot tubs used for commercial purposes (such as rental or public use).
- The warranty period begins on the date of purchase, as indicated on the original invoice.
Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase must be provided, and all claims must be submitted to Volkstub. The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Surface discoloration or scratches
- Damage from improper installation or use, freezing, overloading, or unauthorized modifications
- Consumables and parts subject to regular replacement (filters, seals, etc.)
- Damage from failure to follow the user manual
If You Need Warranty Service: Volkstub will repair or replace the affected part at no cost if the defect is covered. Transportation costs may be covered if arranged in advance; otherwise, these are the customer’s responsibility. If return or pickup is required, the hot tub must be safely placed on a pallet in an area accessible by truck. On-site repairs require safe access to the electrical system. Transport damage caused by poor packaging is not covered.
To submit a warranty claim, contact info@volkstub.com with your invoice, detailed issue description, and clear photo or video evidence. Claims without documentation cannot be processed.
Please Note: This warranty does not cover indirect damages or loss of business. Unauthorized repairs or using non-approved parts voids the warranty. These terms are an integral part of your hot tub user manual.
