Processing Times

Our hot tubs are made to order. Production takes approximately 3 weeks from the date of order and payment confirmation.
Once production is complete, we ensure fast delivery – shipping takes about 1 week.
In total, delivery from order confirmation to your address usually takes around 4 weeks

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We offer standard and expedited shipping options where available. Delivery times vary depending on your location, carrier, and the specific product. Typical delivery takes 7–21 business days for most locations. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery

The shipping carrier will contact you to arrange for delivery. Upon delivery, please inspect your shipment for damages or missing items before accepting or signing. If you notice any issues, note them on the carrier’s delivery form and contact us immediately at info@volkstub.com.

International Shipping & Customs

Customers outside the United States/Europe may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Please check your country’s regulations prior to ordering.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Volkstub is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly supplied addresses or for fees incurred if a package is returned to us as undeliverable. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-sending the item.
